I met Sylvia when I asked her to speak to the Rotary Club of N. St. Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale in 2016. Her story is fabulous. Her goal is to educate people of Uganda so they can improve their country. Sylvia’s children school has grown from 400 students to 1004 and 6 buildings to 21 buildings. Children are educated from preschool through college. 25% of the children are orphans and live on the campus. I fell in love with Sylvia after meeting her and hearing her story. In fact, I am leaving for Uganda November 12, 2019 to set up a basic clinic at the school. Every penny donated to this organization goes to the school. I’m so excited to be a part of this latest project.
